OUR TEAM
Nova Children’s Centre hires highly qualified staff all of which have their Registered Early Childhood Education Diploma, criminal reference
and vulnerable sectors checks, First Aid and CPR, as well as Safe Food Handlers Certificates with anaphylaxis and health/safety training.
Supervisors and our community partners provide ongoing mentoring to our educators to further their development. All employees maintain professional/ethical standards with respect to confidentiality at all times regarding the information acquired by them through Nova Children’s Centre.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Nova Children’s Centre is a non-profit childcare centre that operates under a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board governs in accordance
with Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Laws and guidelines. The Board will maintain by laws, policies and procedures for the
safe and effective operation of the corporation for the staff and families maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
